Frequently asked questions
7+ is fine for most experiences. We do recommend you take staff advice on which escape rooms may suit however, as some of them can be tricky.
Maturity is usually a more important factor than age. People are being equipped with expensive equipment and we do not want them to hurt themselves or the gear.
We do have some options for younger kids such as console games, the UFO ride or the arcade machines they might enjoy.
So long as the kids are able to listen to instructions and play safely with each other it is definitely safe. I know... we are parents too, I understand how that sounds!!
The way the VR experiences are setup the walls/borders in the game are matched to real life wall locations, and even then we have padding on them for those people that refuse to listen when we say please don't walk through walls... The biggest problem we usually have is poeple who become to immersed and forget its not real and try to lean on something that's not there!
We do however recommend for those with epilepsy or heart conditions this is not a safe entertainment choice.
Absolutely. There is plenty of tables out front of the store in the courtyard. You can bring whatever food you like and eat it there. We do have a small bar fridge that can be used to store cakes or other perishables.
There is a small supply of cold drinks on site for sale, but there is also a wide variety of other amazing food and drink options nearby in the Point.
We suggest bringing along your own tablecloth, plates etc.
No. The time allotted is completely up to you how you spend it. You can spend the entire time playing games if you like and do food/cake etc after. We do suggest for longer sessions a break halfway however, purely as it can be exhausting playing for too long straight!
No. We do ask that you read the conditions and sign the waiver on behalf of kids at the party. But you do not need to stick around inside. You are welcome to chill outside at your table whilst we keep them entertained!
It is however awesome fun and you are welcome to join in!
We recommend at least several weeks to a month in advance to ensure you are able to secure the spot or date you want. Feel free to call us if you want to check on a particular day.
No. Catering is a separate cost. Prices range from $10 - $15 per person depending on the option chosen.
No definitely not. In fact some of our experiences are definitely not suitable for kids. Everything is amazing fun for all ages, but we have a mixture of tricky escape rooms and haunted house experiences that are not PG rated....
Yes we ask for a $100 deposit to hold your time. The deposit is not refundable if you cancel within 24 hours of your party.
